By booking a moving service with Got2Go Moving Company, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your booking.

1. Services Provided

a. The Company will provide moving services as described on our website and in any booking confirmation.

b. Services may include, but are not limited to, packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking. Any additional services will be subject to separate agreements and fees.

2. Booking and Payment

a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

b. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment, including applicable taxes and fees, must be completed as per the payment schedule detailed during booking.

c. Payment methods accepted include Debit, Credit, Cash app, Zelle and Cash.

d. Prices quoted are based on the information provided by the Customer and may be subject to change if the scope of the move changes.

3. Customer Responsibilities

a. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are properly prepared for the move, including disassembly of furniture or securing fragile items.

b. The Customer must ensure that all items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time and that any necessary permits or access arrangements are in place.

c. The Customer must provide accurate information regarding the nature, size, and number of items to be moved. Failure to do so may result in longer move times, additional charges or rescheduling.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

a. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48hrs hours before the scheduled move.

b. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

• More than 2 days before the move: 0$.

• Within 1 days/24hrs of the move: 75$.

c. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Liability and Insurance

a. The Company will exercise reasonable care in handling Customer’s belongings. However, the Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unforeseen events, inadequate packing, or acts beyond our control.

b. The Customer is encouraged to secure additional insurance coverage for high-value or fragile items.

c. In cases of damage or loss attributable to the Company’s negligence, liability will be limited to the lesser of the repair/replacement cost or the applicable insurance coverage limits.

6. Force Majeure

a. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other emergencies.

b. In such cases, the Company will make every effort to reschedule the move at no additional cost.

7. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Customer’s breach of these Terms or the inaccurate representation of move details.

8. Dispute Resolution

a. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will be resolved through [mediation/arbitration/court jurisdiction] in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma.

b. Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any disputes amicably before seeking legal recourse.

9. Modification of Terms

a. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

b. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the effective date of the revised Terms.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the confirmation box and submitting your booking, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
